Where Alex speaks and teaches

Alex speaks at operational excellence conferences and industry events, including the Digital Productivity Summit, and runs leadership workshops for growing and established organisations. He has lectured at Syracuse University (Executive International MBA), the University of Limerick, DCU, TU Dublin and DIT. With TU Dublin, he designed, led and taught Ireland’s first academically certified programme in Lean Service Operations Management for front-line and mid-level managers.
