What I collect

Your email address, which form you used and when you signed up. The email service also records whether my emails are delivered, opened and clicked.

Why

To send you the sample or guides you asked for, and occasional updates about my books and work. I only email you after you’ve confirmed your address, and I rely on that consent.

Who handles it

Emails are sent through Hostinger Reach, which stores your details on my behalf. I don’t sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long I keep it

Until you unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and when you use it you stop receiving emails from me.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details I hold about you, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email amcdonnell@structuredcollaboration.com. If you’re unhappy with how your details have been handled, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
