Strategy Deployment and OKRs

Hoshin Kanri is a term from Lean Management for Strategy Deployment and is a strategic planning process that aligns an organisation's functions with its strategic objectives. OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) have their origins in Intel, popularised by Google via one of its original investors, John Doerr, is a goal-setting tool used to set clear, measurable objectives and outcomes. At Expertivity, we have found it useful to combine both methods for an optimal strategy deployment and goal setting methodology.
